Plant Heritage Open Day
We are inviting visitors to view our National Collection of Hardy Ferns; Dryopteris and Polystichums. We are holding a special Plant Heritage Open Day supporting Plant Heritage’s 45th year. The day will showcase our ferns at their best. Julian Reed, fern specialist and member of the British Pteridological Society, will be holding talks in our Victorian Fern Garden. Ferns will be on sale from Crawford Hardy FernsN and plant sales from Teign valley Nursery. Fern talks will be held at 11.30 am and 2.30 pm in the fern garden ( no booking required). Please allow at least 30 minutes to walk up to the fern garden from the entrance. Plant Heritage members will receive 50% off their entry fee with proof of membership at admissions book online with the code PH50.
