A special evening of star gazing at Pennywell Farm for astronomers of all levels
Join us for something a little different after dark on 20th October at Pennywell Farm Devon Tourist Attraction. An evening of Star Gazing suitable for all levels of astronomer. You don’t need any experience or knowledge, just come along and discover the awesomeness of the night sky above you.
Tickets include a hot drink and hearty dinner. Guided star gazing, meeting other astronomers and looking at telescopes and sky charts in the theatre. There will also be a talk about the solar system aimed at young astronomers and bat monitoring.
The team at Pennywell often get to enjoy the beautiful night sky on shorter autumn evenings, our location on the edge of Dartmoor and lack of light pollution makes for perfect star gazing conditions. So we thought we should share the view!
As this in an after hours event the farm itself will be closed and the animals will be in bed. Tickets for this event are separate to Pennywell Day Entry tickets and booking is essential.
