Home to England’s highest manmade waterfalls, Canonteign Falls is a magical natural paradise found in the heart of the beautiful Teign Valley, just outside of Exeter in Devon. Set in over 90 acres of ancient woodland it is the perfect tranquil day out for the whole family. Get back to nature with woodland trails, Victorian Fern garden, cascading streams, waterfalls and lakes. We have an 11ft willow Dinosaur, adventure playgrounds, assault course, trampolines, zip wire, duck feeding, bee garden, bug sculptures, a new Quentin Blake Green Ship installation for children to play on, trails with prizes, Graffiti workshop on 23rd August and other children’s activities running over the summer to keep every one entertained. End the holidays with our magical evening of outdoor theatre on the banks of the Lily Lake as the Pocket Watch Theatre Company perform “A Fairy Tale”. After exploring the grounds and falls, visitors are welcome to relax in our pretty, sun-soaked courtyard. Our café, set on the side of the beautiful Lily Lake, provides a stunning array of locally sourced refreshments and home made cakes, sandwiches and salads with a special healthy choice children’s menus.
