It's Thomas II's 40th birthday this year!
Built in 1979 by Roger Marsh of Hinkley, Thomas has put in nearly 40 years of service and covered many thousands of miles in the process.
To celebrate the occasion we are having a Thomas II event on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2019, which will include visiting members of the Thomas II class running an intensive service over the weekend.
Plus! Celebrity guest Paul Atterbury, an antiques expert best known from the Antiques Roadshow and having written a number of railway titles will be joining us on Sunday to help celebrate this very special occasion.
