Location: Northgate House Hotel & Conference Centre, Buckfast Abbey, Devon
Contract type: Permanent and full time
Wage: £13 per hour basic (overtime available x 1.5)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week – 5 days per week to include evenings and weekends, normally no split shifts
Reporting to: Executive Head Chef

If you have:
- Experience as a Chef, working in a busy catering environment
- A real passion for excellence in catering and everything that comes with it – food safety, health and safety, stock control and purchasing
- The ability to work within a team with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent customer service skills, and are efficient and organised with good time management and communication skills
- The ability to deal sensitively and professionally with customer needs and dietary requirements
- Flexibility – in working hours and to work across our kitchens
- Relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Health and safety awareness and focus (qualifications desirable)
- A full UK driving licence to enable onsite movement (desirable)
